Dr. Nai Jia Lee

Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Head of Real Estate Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions at PropertyGuru Group. His team conducts research on megatrends, sustainability and regional real estate market trends. Recent publications and innovations from his team include an ESG framework that helps firms manage commercial and ESG objectives and the Liveability Index. He also actively participates in both academic and applied research projects at the Institute. Besides commenting on market trends, he also researched on housing affordability measures, food security feasibility, and ESG trends. Prior to his tenure at PropertyGuru, Dr. Lee Nai Jia held the position of Deputy Director at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) at the esteemed National University of Singapore. His active involvement in academic and applied research projects at the Institute and his insightful opinions on housing trends and urban policies in the media solidify his reputation as a trusted thought leader.
