  • Stop by cocktail apartments and F&B businesses built on the 2nd and 3rd floor of street front buildings.
  • Touch on how modern Vietnamese cuisine, international accolades like the MICHELIN Guide are influencing Vietnam's F&B industry as we cross the famous Banh Mi Nhu Lan.
  • Find out how modern F&B concepts balance cultural preservation with contemporary preferences and affect trends in architectural preservation and adaptive reuse in Saigon.
  • Learn how evolving regulations impact property usage and development.
  • View how F&B venues anchor commercial districts by creating social hubs and contributing to neighbourhood vitality and economic growth.
  • Share insights on how trends like eco-conscious practices, social responsibility and fire safety regulations are shaping business models and in turn, the layout and functionality of these spaces.

Along the way share insights from local industry speakers, and then conclude with drinks and casual dining at Dot Drinkery & Kitchen, together with other REImagine attendees.
