Dot Drinkery & Kitchen, awarded Vietnam’s Best Bar of 2022 by Vietcetera’s ‘Banh Mi’ awards, is led by Trung Vang, the nation’s 2022 World Class Champion and Proximo Brand Ambassador. Nestled on the third floor of the vibrant Hai Ba Trung street, it’s a go-to for group gatherings and bold, Vietnamese-inspired cocktails.
With dishes like Gio Thu Carpaccio (Vietnamese cheese carpaccio) and Thit Kho Hot Vit Burger (caramelised pork burger), Dot’s menu playfully reimagines local flavours. The space offers open-air al fresco seating, a cosy indoor lounge with leather chairs, and a stage with high-top tables for larger parties. Known for its uniquely Vietnamese cocktails, Dot Drinkery & Kitchen creates in-house spirits, featuring standout infusions like jackfruit-pandan whisky and baby corn sous vide rum.
