- Stop by cocktail apartments and F&B businesses built on the 2nd and 3rd floor of street front buildings.
- Touch on how modern Vietnamese cuisine, international accolades like the MICHELIN Guide are influencing Vietnam's F&B industry as we cross the famous Banh Mi Nhu Lan.
- Find out how modern F&B concepts balance cultural preservation with contemporary preferences and affect trends in architectural preservation and adaptive reuse in Saigon.
- Learn how evolving regulations impact property usage and development.
- View how F&B venues anchor commercial districts by creating social hubs and contributing to neighbourhood vitality and economic growth.
