Bangkok’s culinary scene is back in full swing, with many great independent restaurants launching tantalising seasonal tasting menus to welcome the city’s gastrophiles.
 
The dine arounds are an intimate dining experience in small groups. Each dinner will be hosted by a ULI staff and/or ULI Leadership member. We will do the work of choosing the best restaurants in town, making reservations and organising transfers. Expect familiar Thai flavours reimagined through the lens of creative and passionate local chefs.

  • Spots for this special dining option are very limited and available on a first come first served basis.
  • If your spot is confirmed, please meet your ULI host at 7.00pm punctually in the lobby of W Bangkok for transfer to the restaurant.

A Baan Suriyasai dining experience is infused with the flavours from cherished recipes of olden day Siam. Elaborate techniques from the Thai royal court and noble homes are carefully handed down through generations of practiced cooks. These well-loved recipes are followed in detail by the restaurant’s chefs using meticulously sought-after Thai ingredients. The entire gustatory experience is enjoyed in the comfort and elegance of an elaborately restored former residence of one of the most illustrious Thai families.
