This is 1 of 3 guided tours to unique projects in the city to learn the trials, triumphs, and lessons of developers from the project managers themselves. All tours will depart from W Bangkok.
One Bangkok will be a new global landmark – a fully integrated world-class district in the heart of Bangkok. Located at the corner of Wireless Road and Rama IV Road with direct linkages to the city’s burgeoning mass transit systems, One Bangkok is a holistically designed district that will cover over 40 acres, equivalent to the size of about 20 football fields. The ‘city within the city’ aims to be the first LEED-Neighbourhood Development Platinum development in Thailand. Its lush landscape, ample public spaces, and informal network of pedestrian-friendly circulation ensures that One Bangkok will be well-connected, accessible and inclusive, while inspiring new forms of public participation. We will tour the state-of-the-art show suite followed by a hard-hat tour, and hear from the team leading the US$3.5 billion mixed-use development comprising residential, retail, commercial and cultural uses.
