Vicharee is the co-founder of Kinnest Group, a holding company with businesses ranging from F&B to community spaces. Kinnest Group’s goal is to create thoughtful brands and experiences that promote wholesome living, instill good values and transform the way people live.

On the F&B side, Kinnest owns and operates concepts such as Roots Coffee and Roast. On the lifestyle side, Kinnest has theCOMMONS, a community space with locations in Thonglor and Saladaeng, Little Pea, a creative space for kids as well as all kinds, a retail collective supporting local entrepreneurs.

Prior to this, Vicharee worked at the Boston Consulting Group and major retailers Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works in the United States. She received her MBA from Stanford and is the proud mother of two.
