Pauline Oh is Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific at the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

ULI is an international, membership-based nonprofit research and education organization. Founded in 1936, the Institute now has over 45,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines.

In this role, Pauline provides oversight and coordinates the region’s business development, corporate relationships, fund raising and sponsorship initiatives to support ULI Asia Pacific’s strategic plan and operating budgets. She is responsible for the annual ULI Asia Pacific Summit – one of ULI’s four major global convenings.

From 2013 to July 2019, Pauline served as ULI Singapore Executive Director and led ULI’s programme of work in Singapore, including the active management of over 400 members.

Pauline has both local and international experience. Prior to joining ULI, she served as General Manager for Terrapinn, where she was a key member of the Asia leadership team responsible for the achievement of strategic, operational and financial objectives for her business unit.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
