Lena currently acts as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Amata Corporation Public Company Ltd. and have more than 25 years of experience in overseeing multiple assets class in Strategic Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Urban Township, Industrial & Smart Cities development.

She is the Director for Thai-Japanese Amata Co., Ltd. (Hotel Nikko Amata City Chonburi, Amata Global Pte. Ltd. Great Mekong Consultancy Pte. Ltd. and also Amata City Lao Company Limited.

Lena was honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in March 2014 and nominated as a Global Agenda Council Member of World Economic Forum. She is also an Enterprise Advisory Council Member of Bridge Alliance, a leading mobile alliance of 34 premier Telco operators serving over 800 million customers.

Lena also served as the Chairperson (Audit Committee) and Board Member of the Singapore National Paralympic Council. Ms. Ng was a former Singapore Diplomat (Commercial Attaché) & Director of IE Singapore based in Thailand. Ms. Ng won the MTI Borderless Award in 2010. Ng also worked at British Telecom and Standard Chartered Bank. Ms. Ng is an international speaker and judges in many international fora such as the World Economic Forum, World Bank Conference, HKTDC Belt and Road Forum, Asia Pacific Supply Chain Forum, ASOCIO, Mobile World Congress and Microsoft Imagine Club.
