Chris Fossick is Chief Executive Officer, Southeast Asia, at JLL. He oversees the Singapore business and is a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Board which manages the growth and leadership of JLL’s Asia Pacific businesses.

Chris has led JLL’s Southeast Asia business over the past 16 years. He remains actively involved in advising clients and during his career has assisted clients to acquire and sell more than S$50 billion worth of commercial real estate in Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia and Europe including in Singapore the S$5.5 billion sale of Asia Square and S$2 billion sale of Duo. In addition, he has advised clients on over 100 million sq ft of commercial leasing transactions covering the office, retail, industrial and logistics sectors. In Singapore, he has advised on over 30 major developments including Marina Bay Financial Centre and Asia Square.

Chris was a board member of Sentosa Development Corporation in Singapore from 2009 to 2015. Is currently an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee of Singapore listed Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was the Global Vice President of the RICS from 2011 to 2014.
