Mr. Charn Srivikorn, Chairman of Gaysorn Property, is considered a visionary, leader, innovator, and champion of urban rejuvenation. He utilises his more than 30 years of property development expertise and retail know-how to bring Gaysorn Village, Bangkok’s most unique mixed use urban village to fruition. In his approach to offer the best structures, amenities and visitor touch points to the public, he caplitalised on workplace trends which focus greatly on activity work based solutions and lifestyle points. Aptly dubbed “workstyles”, his vision for a brighter future where likeminded organisations and individuals can unite to form a close knit community for shared inspiration and where creativity and passion come to life.

He holds a Bachelor degree from University College London and MBA in marketing at Sasin, a joint post graduate degree with Kellogg Business School, Wharton Business School and Chulalongkorn University.

20 years prior to his role at Gaysorn Property, he began his financial career with KGI Securities One and over the following decade worked as listing advisory, IPO, M&A and fund raiser for numerous local and international companies from the private and public sectors. He was appointed to the board of directors for several listed companies, was a committee and sub- committee member of SET and SEC and between 1991 and 1997, was an active director of Quality House Plc.

In 1998, he decided to join the family business. Since taking the helm of the Gaysorn Group, he is responsible for managing Gaysorn Shopping Centre, one of Bangkok’s first exclusive retail centre. His very different perspective of shopper experience revolutionised the retail shopping experience in the city, as “retail culture” was conceived and implemented by his own two hands. The visionary leveraged his diverse repertoire by overseeing the Gaysorn Property luxury property development portfolio which includes residential project Domus Condominium Sukhumvit 16 and 18 and high-end residential project Mode Condominium Sukhumvit 61. Just last year, he lead the property team to international success with the award winning super luxury condominium “TELA Thonglor”.

For his next chapter, he brings the Gaysorn Tower to life. As an integral part of the Gaysorn Village, the mixed use, Grade A office tower with every business amenity and lifestyle venues, which include the Gaysorn Urban Retreat and the Gaysorn Urban Resort, continues to make headway as the most coveted office tower with over 95% occupancy prior to its official opening in Thailand.
